The short version

- We only post videos that you have reviewed and approved. We never post on our own.

1. Who we are
This website, the AI Winning digital guides and the AI Winning Publisher tool (together, the "Services") are operated by trs.media, the Netherlands ("AI Winning", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it and what choices you have when you:
- visit this website;
- buy or ask about our digital guides, or email us;
- connect a TikTok account to AI Winning Publisher, our internal tool that lets our media team publish approved videos to TikTok.
3. Login with TikTok: what we receive
AI Winning Publisher uses TikTok's official Login Kit. You sign in on TikTok's own screen; we never see or store your TikTok password. TikTok shows you the permissions (scopes) we request and you decide whether to grant them. Depending on the permissions you approve, we receive:

We do not request access to your direct messages, followers list, likes, comments or watch history, and we do not collect them.
4. Posting to TikTok: only what you approve
- AI Winning Publisher only uploads or publishes a video after the account owner has seen a preview of the video, its caption and its privacy setting, and has confirmed it.
- We never post automatically, never post content you have not approved and never change, delete, like, comment on or follow anything on your account.
- Videos and captions you upload to AI Winning Publisher are stored only as long as needed to publish them (see Retention).
- You choose the privacy level of each post from the options TikTok provides.
4a. YouTube: what we access and post
AI Winning Publisher also uses the YouTube API Services to upload our own videos to our own YouTube channel. The channel owner signs in on Google's own screen; we never see or store the Google password. We request only these permissions:
- youtube.upload: to upload a video the channel owner has approved;
- youtube.readonly: to read the connected channel's ID and name, so we can confirm videos go to the right channel.
We use this data only to upload approved videos and to check which channel is connected. We do not read viewers' data, comments, messages or analytics, and we do not change or delete existing videos. The sign-in token is stored only on the channel owner's own computer, protected by the operating system's account, and is never shared.
By using a YouTube channel connected to AI Winning Publisher you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove our access at any time on the Google security settings page (Third-party apps with account access).
AI Winning Publisher's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never sell this data, never use it for advertising and never use it to train AI models.
5. Guide buyers, website visitors and people who email us
- Email: if you email us, we receive your email address, name (if given) and your message.
- Purchases: online checkout is not live yet. When it is, payments will be handled by a third-party payment provider; we will receive your name, email address, what you bought and the order amount, but never your full card details. This policy will be updated to name that provider before checkout opens.
- Website: this site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) for security for a short period.
6. How we use personal data, and on what legal basis

We do not use TikTok data for advertising, profiling, selling, training AI models or any purpose other than those listed above.
8. How long we keep data
- TikTok tokens and account details: until you disconnect or ask for deletion. Then we delete them within 30 days.
- Uploaded videos and captions: deleted from our storage within 30 days after they are published or after a draft is discarded.
- Publish logs (which video was posted when, without the video itself): up to 12 months, for troubleshooting.
- Emails: up to 24 months after the conversation ends.
- Purchase records: as long as tax law requires (in the Netherlands, generally 7 years).
9. Disconnecting and deletion requests
Disconnect AI Winning Publisher
You can remove our access at any time in the TikTok app: go to Profile → Menu → Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions (the exact path may differ by app version), select AI Winning Publisher and remove access. Once access is removed, our tokens stop working.
Ask us to delete your data
Email trs.media@outlook.com with the subject "Data deletion" and tell us the TikTok username or email address involved. We will:
- confirm we received your request within 3 business days;
- delete your TikTok tokens, account details, uploaded videos and other personal data we hold within 30 days;
- email you to confirm when it is done.
The only data we may keep is what the law requires us to keep (for example, invoices), and we will tell you if that applies. Deleting data in AI Winning Publisher does not delete videos already posted on TikTok; you can delete those yourself in the TikTok app.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email trs.media@outlook.com. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your data protection authority; in the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have similar rights to know, delete and correct your data. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
11. Security
Access tokens are stored encrypted and are only available to the AI Winning Publisher service. Access to our systems is limited to the people who need it, and all traffic uses HTTPS. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
12. Children
The Services are not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
13. International transfers
Some of our service providers, TikTok and Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area. When that happens we rely on safeguards the law recognizes, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. If a change materially affects how we use TikTok data, we will tell connected users before it takes effect.
